Assignment One Boards


These boards are from Assignment One: New Directions, and are used as the starting point for Assignment two: Alter modern Clothing, where I am to expand on and refine my ideas, concepts and designs.

focusing on the texture of the trees and the ridges created through growth, also the idea of  trees having a power and dominance where they stand.

Illustration focusing on the jewellery designed to compliment the collection, making a statement as well as making the model feel adorned.

Illustration putting the garment in the particular context of  an individual woman standing out in the city, just as a dominant tree stands out in the town belt around Wellington.
